A heartwarming Special Assembly on Happiness was conducted for students of Classes VI to VIII, celebrating the joy of inner well-being and emotional awareness. The assembly began with a thoughtful speech, highlighting the essence of true happiness—not as a destination, but as a way of life. Students were then led through a serene session of guided meditation, allowing them to pause, breathe and connect with their inner peace. The atmosphere was further enriched by the recital of the uplifting Hindi poem “Muskurao”, encouraging smiles even in the face of challenges. Another soulful poem on happiness captured the spirit of joy through simple yet profound words. The programme concluded with meaningful points on how to cultivate happiness, emphasizing three powerful practices: being grateful for what we have, being helpful to others to spread kindness and helping ourselves by practicing self-love and mindfulness. The assembly served as a gentle reminder that happiness is a choice, nurtured by small, everyday actions.
