Letter and Sound Recognition Activity

As part of our early literacy enhancement initiative, a hands-on Letter and Sound Recognition Activity was conducted for young learners. Children were provided with flashcards of letters along with related real or pictorial objects. They actively participated by matching the objects with their respective letters and sounds.
To further enrich the experience, picture reading was incorporated, helping students connect visual cues with vocabulary. This activity significantly contributed to their word recognition and vocabulary development.
The use of colourful and engaging flashcards made the learning process both interactive and enjoyable. Through this activity, children were able to:

*Match sounds to the corresponding objects
Enhance vocabulary through visual association
