The session began on a calm note with deep breathing exercises and gentle stretches, allowing teachers to release stress and reconnect with their inner balance. Guided pranayams brought a wave of mindfulness, enhancing mental clarity and calm. Adding a festive and emotional touch, a soulful Rakhi song was presented, celebrating the bonds of care and affection.
