Festivals and national days are not only a time for celebration but also an opportunity for children to learn important values. To mark the special occasions of Dussehra and Gandhi Jayanti, a vibrant assembly was conducted for classes *Pre-School to 2.*

The teachers presented an engaging *puppet show* that brought alive the story of Dussehra and the life lessons of Mahatma Gandhi. The attractive puppets made by the teachers captivated the children, helping them understand the victory of good over evil. At the same time, the little ones were introduced to Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation and his noble teachings. They learnt about the principle of see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil.

Adding to the spirit of the day, the children also learnt Gandhiji's favourite bhajan “Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram” through recitation and singing. The assembly proved to be a joyful experience where the children not only had fun but also imbibed meaningful lessons.
