Water, the essence of life, is a precious resource that sustains every living being on our planet. However, with the increasing demands of a growing population, reckless usage, and climate change, water scarcity has become a critical issue that we can no longer ignore.
To highlight this, the students of DAV Public School, Reserve Bank Enclave ,Paschim Vihar class 2, presented special assembly on 5 th December 2024 to come together to reflect on the importance of conserving water and to understand our collective responsibility to safeguard it for future generations. The alarming facts reminds us on the urgency to act. Children from nursery -2 pledged to save water in school and at home.
Water conservation isn't just a duty; it's a habit we all must cultivate. From fixing leaks to harvesting rainwater, from using water judiciously to spreading awareness, small steps lead to big changes. Let's pledge to turn off taps when not in use, reduce water wastage, and reuse wherever possible.
Together, we can make a difference. Let this assembly inspire us to become champions of water conservation in our homes, schools, and communities. Saving water today means securing life for tomorrow.
Let’s act now—because every drop counts!
