A dynamic and empowering Self-Defense Training Camp was conducted for the girls of classes VII and VIII, focusing on building strength, confidence and presence of mind in challenging situations. Under the guidance of skilled trainers, students learnt practical techniques to defend themselves, along with the importance of awareness and quick reflexes. The session not only promoted physical fitness but also instilled a sense of courage and independence. To acknowledge their active participation and spirited efforts, certificates were awarded to all the participants, making the experience both memorable and motivating.
