An informative assembly on Disaster Awareness was conducted for Classes VI to VIII. The programme began with the thought of the day and a speech highlighting the importance of staying prepared and calm during emergencies. Students also presented the latest national, international and school news.
A special segment of the assembly included the prize distribution ceremony for our school’s Inter zonal Level Rope Skipping Winners, where students were honoured for their outstanding performance and representing the school with excellence.
A brief but important explanation was given by a teacher on how to protect oneself during overcrowding and stampedes. Students were guided to stay aware, avoid panic, move with the crowd, protect their chest and prevent falling. The session helped them understand essential safety measures.
The assembly successfully raised awareness and encouraged students to stay alert, responsible and proud of their achievements.
