The school conducted a mock drill on disaster management against earthquakes for classes Pre-School to II on 1.12.25. The aim was to make children aware of basic safety steps and to prepare them for emergencies.

The objective of this activity was to teach students the *“Drop, Cover and Hold”* technique and to train them to evacuate safely during an earthquake.

Teachers explained the steps in simple words and students practised them confidently. At the alarm signal they lined up and moved to the safe assembly area in an organised manner. A head count was taken to ensure everyone was safe.

The drill helped students understand how to stay calm and protect themselves during an earthquake. It was a useful activity that strengthened their awareness and readiness.
