Buddha Purnima 2023 is celebrated on May 5th to commemorate the 2585th birth anniversary of Lord Buddha, also known as Mahatma Buddha. Buddhists celebrate the day by reciting Lord Buddha's teachings and spreading his message. The exact date of his birth and death is unknown, but it is believed he attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree at Bodh Gaya and taught Dharma at Sarnath.

The students of classes *Nursery to II* participated in the Buddh Purnima celebration very enthusiastically and spoke a few lines on the stage about him. The objective was to deliver the teachings of Mahatma Buddha to the students and boost their confidence by giving them stage exposure.
